In February, Ian spoke to the entire 4th grade class at Shuler Elementary School in Waukee, Iowa. The focus was on inclusion and diversity in their school. We discussed how they can make a change at a young age and become leaders in their school.

Ian, Claire, and Gianna presented to At Risk Education leaders that attended the DMACC Youth Consortium meeting in February to share about the diversity and inclusion work that IowaSLI is doing.
