Students Share and Learn at #StuCamp
#Stucamp is a new kind of EdCamp conference that hosts student conversations to share their hopes, opinions, and beliefs for their education and passions. The ISLI team was at both locations, Webster City and Bettendorf, and was live Tweeting all day as well! You can view all of the student and educator tweets on Twitter.
#Stucamp works a lot like EdCamp, but is purely student-run. Rather than adults hosting sessions, STUDENTS set the rules!
#Stucamp is meant to connect students from school to school and network to learn about issues affecting other schools as well your own.
#Stucamp allows only students to run the discussions. Teachers are there to observe and hear about school from the student perspective.
